Chaga is full of vitamins and minerals, but most importantly, it contains one of the strongest antioxidants, the enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD), which can eliminate harmful free radicals.
Although SOD occurs naturally in the human body, its production decreases significantly with age. Then it is good to supplement it, ideally in its natural form. And the highest concentration of this enzyme is just in time. Paradoxically, this is because the birch of the parasitic fungus is defending itself. The tree, attacked by the chag, activates its defense mechanisms to destroy it. However, it has the opposite effect, the fungus draws SOD and other antioxidants from birch water and bark. It literally sucks them and from a small spore it grows to huge dimensions until in the end the tree kills it. However, a high concentration of drugs will remain in the cage.
